Rockstar Detail, LLC Service Agreement

Welcome to Rockstar Detail, LLC! This agreement outlines the mutual commitments between you (hereafter referred to as "Client" or "you") and Rockstar Detail, LLC (referred to as "Rockstar Detail", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the services you choose to utilize. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this agreement.

Access to Utilities for Mobile Detailing

For all detailing services, we require access to both water and electricity. If these are not available at your location, please contact us at [Phone Number] to discuss alternatives. Please note, failure to provide these utilities at the time of your appointment will incur an $80 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Our team is equipped to detail in various weather conditions. However, due to the impact of cancellations and rescheduling on our operations, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid an $80 cancellation fee.

Appointment Terms

- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

- Rockstar Detail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, weather conditions, or equipment issues.

- Absence of the vehicle or keys at the scheduled time and location will result in a cancellation charge of $80.

Vehicle Operation

By using our services, you authorize Rockstar Detail to operate and move your vehicle as deemed necessary by our technicians for detailing purposes.

Detailing Time Limits

Each detailing package has a specified time limit, not including additional services. The time starts when the technician completes the initial setup.

- Bronze Package: 1.5 – 2.0 hours

- Silver Package: 2.5 hours

- Gold Package: 3.5 hours

- Diamond Package: 4.5 hours

Expected Outcomes

The outcome of our detailing services is influenced by the vehicle's condition and last detail date. While we strive for excellence, complete restoration to a new condition is not guaranteed. The expected outcomes are as follows:

- Detailed within 1 year: Approximately 75% as good as new

Quality of Service

We aim for your complete satisfaction. However, if you're not satisfied post-service, please contact us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the job's total dollar amount.

Accidents and Pre-existing Conditions

While we take utmost care, Rockstar Detail cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damages or accidents occurring during our service.

Fees and Payment Terms

The service fee is based on the time reserved for your vehicle. Additional time beyond the reserved duration may incur a $60 per hour fee. We will inform you before proceeding with any extra charges.

Feedback and Use of Images

We welcome your feedback at hello@rockstardetail.com. We reserve the right to use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes, with no personal information displayed.

Service Termination

Rockstar Detail reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion due to various factors, including inappropriate client behavior or direct engagement with our employees outside company protocols.

Modifications to Agreement

Rockstar Detail may modify this agreement at any time, with changes documented in this section.

Acknowledgement

By using Rockstar Detail's services, you understand and agree to the terms outlined, including our right to charge additional fees for extended service time, and acknowledge that all sales are final with non-refundable deposits.
