By booking a service online or via phone with Rockstar Detail, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking. Once an appointment is made, you are bound by these terms.

Service Packages

Rockstar Detail, LLC offers a variety of detailing packages for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at our discretion. All updates will be reflected on our website www.rockstardetail.com

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment is due upon completion of the requested service. Rockstar Detail, LLC accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. In cases of declined cards, we will work with the customer to resolve payment. A collection process may begin 48 hours after a declined payment.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings from their vehicles before any detailing service. Rockstar Detail, LLC is not liable for loss or damage to personal property or the vehicle itself during the service. Ensure your vehicle is located in a legal and safe area for servicing. We reserve the right to request debit or credit card details to secure bookings, processed via Stripe. Bookings may be adjusted due to staffing, weather, or equipment circumstances. An additional charge may apply for services outside the scope of the booked package or for handling hazardous materials.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $40 fee.

Satisfaction Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you find our work unsatisfactory due to unfulfilled services or poor craftsmanship, we will redo the necessary portion

at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by relevant pictures, via phone, email, or text.

Appointment Timing

Our technicians may face delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow a 30-90 minute window for arrival. We will endeavor to notify you of any significant delays.

Coupon & Referral Policy

Rockstar Detail, LLC may offer referral programs or coupons. Credits or coupons cannot be combined. Credits are earned when a new customer uses your referral link. Misuse of the referral system or violation of terms may result in cancellation of credits and disqualification from future offers.
